Accident Consultation charges as above apply to everyone;
Medical Consultation charges for temporary visitors to NZ are as follows:
from UK & Australia: Under 6s = $72; 6-17 years = $86; 18 years & over = $98
from rest of world: Under 18= $120; 18 years & over = $180

A Statement Fee of $12 is added to all invoices not paid at end of calender month in which they occur. Costs incurred in the
collection of unpaid accounts will be charged to the patient. For all consultations there may be additional material charges.
All fees include gst at 15%
